Tipping Point Media & Entertainment | Senior Producer

Managed a Media Department of up to 12 direct reports over six years alongside subcontractors and vendors, with full accountability for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance, and daily oversight of every task and deliverable moving through the team. Produced 400+ hours of Interactive Multimedia Instruction across Army, Navy, and Air Force clients, and led production across a federal roster including the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence, Defense Language Institute, USAA Educational Foundation, PMI Mile Hi Chapter, and HACH. Built and scaled a virtual production pipeline from MetaHuman motion capture through AI-driven animation to fully Generative AI video, and delivered the PULSE Accelerator across four federal rounds for NIST PSCR, supporting 38 companies and $18.75M+ in SBIR/STTR funding.

2012 - 2020

Worker Studio | Partner & COO

Joined as Partner and COO and scaled Worker Studio into a full-service independent animation and original IP studio, with full ownership of business development, account management, production leadership, creative direction, and P&L across eight years. Built and managed a pipeline spanning 2D, 3D, stop-motion, motion capture, and performance capture, serving Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, Denver International Airport, Space Foundation, CenturyLink, and UC Health Hereditary Cancer Clinic among others. Produced Genomics 101: The Library of You, featured by Adobe for pioneering use of performance capture in educational media, and Camping a la Bergman, which aired on PBS/CPT12 and screened at international festivals.

Travelin’ Productions | Digital Marketing Producer

Co-produced and marketed Arkansas Traveler, a Civil War-era web series written by Sean Bridgers. Designed and executed the digital launch strategy and Alamo Drafthouse Denver premiere. Composed original theme.

Published approximately 300 essays, interviews, and reviews across Yahoo Movies, Yahoo Voices, and Yahoo News, with accredited press credentials at SXSW, Fantastic Fest, Telluride Horror Show, and the Denver Film Festival.
